Vsry good deal on used cars
Great experience with Mr. Phil Tondee. He was knowledgeable, kind and listened to what I was looking for. I will definitely return and also refer my friends and family to Mr. Tondee.
Chuck the sales manager was rude, disrespectful and abusive. Promise to detail and fix a few scratches but when I arrived it was horrible experience. They wouldn't follow through and treated me horrible when I demanded to get what was promised.
Worked with Gene first who was very friendly and great customer service but when it got to financing I worked with Nick the Finance Manager. Nick was completely unhelpful and terrible with customer service. I told Nick NOT to run my credit multiple times. He said he wouldn't but proceeded to run my credit through 6 different lenders!!! I saw this when I pulled up my credit report today. This has now hit my credit and points have been dropped from the six times it was ran even after being approved through one of the lenders. Nick said I needed to verify my address and so documentation from his posted list in his office was brought in. He then denied the documentation. Nick has made this experience horrible. I would NEVER recommend going in to this dealer. I am making a formal complaint to his corporate office as well. I'm completely disgusted at the way Nick has handled selling these cars and he is the full reason that I will not be completing the purchase to the vehicle.
John made going through Hertz an extremely enjoyable and simple service. I went in, told him my budget, he found the the car I wanted, and worked to make the payments something I could easily afford. The whole process took less than an hour including him helping me find a full-coverage plan that fit my needs. The car is in great shape with no issues as of yet, I will always recommend Hertz to those who ask me.
