I have known the owner for many years and I have had many wonderful meals in this restaurant. I've never had a single item that wasn't delicious! The family owned atmosphere is something that I enjoy, such a nice establishment. I have eaten at several "Chinese" Restaurants across the country and find myself always comparing their food to Tsing Tao, but never have I found anything close to the freshness and quality!
This is my comfort spot. I always come for sizzling rice soup. It's the best. Everytime I'm sick, it's the only place I get soup from. They have seating big enough for larger groups. Friendly staff.

Best restaurant in stockton! We go out of our way to eat here every chance we get! Their sizzling rice soup is to die for! Mongolian beef, house chicken, fried rice, lemon sauce all so amazing! I have NEVER had better!
Had the family dinner for 6. Loved the chicken, shrimp and pork. Very good. Will go back.
I'm not sure why the rating is so high we went here because it had a good rating and it was close to the freeway but the food was SO bland. The restaurant had a nice Chinese theme and that's the only good thing about it but there were a few people eating, we were the only Asians there when we got in I could already tell it wasn't authentic we should just have walked out but we were so hungry. The breading on the shrimp was so thick you can hardly taste the shrimp. Dip was bland. Soup was bland. Fish was bland. Nothing tasty. One of the lowest in taste Chinese restaurants I've ever been to. I won't be back here again. The 2 stars I gave are only for the presentation of the restaurant, food is 1 star.
