Motel was right next to the freeway and a noisy location but everything else was fine. I use Motel 6 because I have 2 small dogs and there is no fuss about them staying with me. I wish Motel 6 would enforce that people pick up after their dogs because at night its hazardous to walk in the grass or pet areas and carry poop on your shoes into the room. Too much POOP!
The staff is very nice and accommodating. They helped us with a parking issue that was above and beyond. Amanda and her team are great to work with. However, this is Stockton and the locals are quite interesting.
Two things we missed however: a refrigerator and a microwave. Those would have been nice to have. And the shower was a little funky with a low shower head.
The staff was friendly and attentive. The facility was well lighted and secure. The location worked well for us. We had a dog and he was accepted without any fuss. Thank you for a comfortable stay.
Nice staff. Above average customer service. Bedspread & blanket on the beds were filthy. I removed & placed on the floor. Sheets appeared clean. The floors had not been mopped in weeks. Actually had mud & dirt on them. Would never stay there again.
The staff was incredibly nice and friendly, they always had a smile on their face and was always more than willing to help us with any questions we had. Some of the things I really liked was the free coffee in the morning , the hardwood floors in the rooms, the spacious rooms, the updated modern TV's that had a guide channel to see what shows and movies were playing, the water temperature was amazing and got really hot (I really dislike it when water doesn't get hot enough for my showers or baths) , the housekeeping ladies were amazing and friendly as well, plus the location is super close walking distance to a couple of convenient stores, gas stations and a pizza place!
