Absolutely gorgeous Lobby, it felt very comfy and upscale. No noise pollution which is on the top of my list. The concierge was very accommodating and helpful even at 1 a.m. when I got there. For the amenities and the price I would definitely stay here again.
Has a great bar and grill with decent food and drinks. Pizza rocks here, you can dine in, sit at the bar, or take up. A hidden gem.
Check- in was quick! Rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Staff is pleasant.
In 6 years of weekly travel I have never stayed in a hotel this loud. It is 940 pm and I have already heard 3 separate cars drive past with music so loud I can't even describe it. The atrium style also amplifies noise so I am subject to the bar crowd seemingly all night. Even 4 floors up I can hear individual conversations and the doorbell chime that sounds every time someone enters the little market area. The hotel owners and management should be ashamed of the soundproofing and experience provided here. I have platinum status with Marriott but thought I would give Hilton a try for this 17 night stay. Never again will I try a Hilton family property. I am working 12 hour days 6 days a week while in town and need to be able to sleep to perform. This hotel is absolutely preventing me from doing my best at work. I am utterly disappointed, angry, and upset.
Staff that we encountered while attending a party in the ballroom were very hospitable. The A/C works but in some spots almost too well (I guess we were right under it). Buffet with carving station was great, prime rib roast was marvelous.
