After the car accident I was in I was in bad condition (fractured elbow, back & neck pain, knee, chest, and face were bruised) and in no condition to deal with the people who hit me. When I had questions they were easily answered. They were very quick in getting documents that I needed or needed for the other attorney. Mr. Knapp and his staff would check on me to see how I was doing and briefed me though out the lawsuit. When it was time for the deposition I was very comfortable going in and came very positive. Within two days of the deposition Mr. Knapp called me and informed me that the other insurance settle for the amount that was requested. I have no regrets hiring Mr.Knapp and I would recommend to others if they are in a car accident.
