Came in to see if they were able to price match with their online prices and J. Flores was able to help me! She went all the details and and was also able to show me what the sectional would look like by comparing it with ones they have on the floor. She was so enthusiastic and ready to answer all my questions. Everyone in there was very helpful.
Great experience shopping here. Jon helped us out and he was great! He asked if he could check in on us every 10 minutes and then he let us walk around. I liked that - better then salespeople giving you no choice and following you through the store. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions - no crazy sales pressure, just super helpful! The furniture looked good and the store was very clean. I'd recommend shopping here.
My wife and I recently purchased a bedroom set from the Stockton store and was very satisfied. The service was great and the furniture was even better we're not shopping for our next purchase which is a dining room set. Can't wait to get it. I was at Ashley Home Furniture store very late today after a long day of work. My children and I were greeted by Beth and she was very polite and friendly. She showed us several different couches and all around the store, she was very patient and we ended buying the type of couch I wanted. The manager Jordan was also very nice and helpful. I will definitely make future purchases here.
