You never know if they are open. Whenever I go there the lights are off and no one seems to be there. The one time I was able to go inside, we were not greeted and employees were nowhere to be found.

About 4 years ago I was truly under financial pressure and needed a laptop computer replaced in one day. The Stockton, Ca store worked quickly and diligently to get the laptop to me including delivering it to me at my seasonal place of employment. The staff is friendly and very kind. They have become friends. I have has several contracts of purchase with them and am in the process of completely furnishing my home. I have purchased the laptop, washer dryer, refrigerator and bedroom set so far. I always look to them for my home needs. They worked with me during a time of real need and saved my home based business and I am committed to them forever because of it. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experiences there. I can say that not all individuals are as nice and informed but with anywhere there is always one!! 99% of the times I have had to talk to anyone it has been fantastic. My next purchase will be a TV or Bedroom set or both!!! LOL
I love that AARONS EMPLOYESS ALWAYS make sure their customers are satisfy with thier appliance and etc! I had an issue with my appliances and they came 2 days later which i didn’t mind! They came on time to give me another one till my other one is fix! Thank u soo much Aaron’s employees
Please please PLEASE ! Do not I repeat do not rent to own or purchase anything at all EVER from Aaron's. My recent experience was a horrendous one. I purchased 2 paired couches that I can no longer pay for monthly but they will not take them back because it's be used and isn't sellable ????? Basically they don't clean used furniture if it's returned it's immediately put back on the floor makes me wonder if my couches were even new to begin with disgusting and the guys who came to pick it up were extremely rude
