We were very pleased with this funeral home. Not only did every detail go smoothly for our Grandmother but Moises was extremely helpful, kind and professional. It did not feel like a business arrangement at all you actually felt like he was part of the family trying to get all the details just right. We had so many compliments about this place from family and friends. Micheal also did a great job with the initial arrangements they are very friendly and wont take advantage of this vulnerable moment. The chapel, waiting area and lounge were very spacious. We were able to have a video tribute and it went very well thanks to Moises.
Our Family needed to do some preplanning for my Father In-law who was in the wonderful care of Hospice of San Joaquin. My cousin told us she had recently been to a service at Casa Bonita and we started our search there first. We went no farther in our looking. Tim Cordova explained very completely what we could expect and even went so far as to tell us to shop around, but because of his knowledge and kindness we went no further. The facilities are beautiful and the staff is so helpful. Never tried to sell us more than we needed and explained so very clearly what all our next steps would be even going so far as to call the Catholic Cemetery to let them know we were coming their next. My Father in-law passed very shortly after this information meeting and we were so please at how Tim and staff made all the connections for the Military procession, Vigil, Church Mass and Cemetery. Very comforting to get all the information and know our plan with no guessing. It is never easy to say goodbye to a loved one but having the details taken care of by Casa Bonita was a great blessing. They went so far as dropping of death certificates and plants to our home.
You will not be disappointed with this funeral home.
We also walked behind the hearse to the cemetery and this was a beautiful sight. Any request we had this place worked with and kept everything looking flawless. Moises really knows how to take care of business as a professional with the right touch of compassion for the situation and families.
