Thanks Hertz Stockton for ruining my road trip. The entire staff of this inefficient bungling circus side show starting with the manager needs to be fired. But it is pretty much on par with the cesspool that Stockton is.
Avoid this place like the plague! Made a prepaid reservation a week in advance, and lo and behold when I went to pick up my car I was told they didn't have any. Are you kidding me? You're a car rental agency right? You're not a restaurant that runs out of the catch of the day! Your entire business is devoted to one product and you don't have any?
