They were ready with my car at 7:30 am the day I needed it. They handled the morning opening rush very well with 4 people waiting they had 4 folks ready to help out. Beautiful brand new car with100 miles on it. They could have explained the very modern cruise control on the Toyota as that confused me but we figured it out together when I turned it back in. Return was easy. Parked my car on their lot to rent this one and put loads of miles on it. I'd rent there again without hesitation.
Very good staff, good selection of vehicles. I picked a Chevy Silverado pickup truck. I got a Brand New 2018 model with 300 miles on it. No one had driven it yet! Sweet! I drove 600 miles and it was a great ride. I may buy one myself.
Overall, great experience with them. The only problem was they advertise they will pick you up. But then they couldn't pick me up from my home because they will only go as far as March Ln. They suggested I get a ride from my home to March Ln Target or Big 5 so they could pick me up there! I rented a car for 7 days, you'd think they can go an extra mile or so to pick me up since I am paying a lot of money for the rental. I had to ask friends to pick me up and drop me off at Enterprise. Then when returning car, I had to ask someone to pick me up and take me home. That's the only problem I had with them. The rental car was awesome and I loved driving it. Had no problems, it was great on gas. I didn't have to pay anything extra. Was able to use my AAA full coverage insurance (transferable to rental car) so that saved me a lot of money. I will rent from Enterprise again.
I travel to CA. twice a yr, from TN. and use the same Enterprise every time. Usually get a pretty good rate, especially if you can rent from the city you're staying in, rather than directly from the airport, the savings are substantial!! This last time I went, I had reserved a midsize vehicle and when I arrived, they had none on the lot. They tried to give me a little dinky compact car and if I hadn't said no, they would've gladly gotten away with it! Instead, they ended up giving me a free upgrade to a nice pickup truck and also a 5% discount! Everyone was happy and it worked out great!
When I arrived at the rental location there were two other people ahead of us but the representatives were very courteous. They thanked us for waiting and were very fast with our transaction. I normally use Enterprise car rental in Mountain View but since i was in Stockton and I used the services there. Only thing because I was renting on the weekend they did not have a wide selection.
