I love famous footwear but this place has the worst costumer service!! I come twice a year for my kids shoes and whenever I ask the "manager" anything she doesn't want to help or will give me a short answer. I'll even ask for help in finding shoes and she's so lazy she won't leave the counter she'll just motion in the direction. Seriously makes me hate coming here.

Agree with the others. Customer service is horrible. Associate did not know how to do the refund back to Paypal She kept asking me for a credit card. It's Paypal. There is no card. She didn't even bother to offer a suggestion. Just said she couldn't do the refund. I called their Customer Service and Yes you can refund Paypal in the store. Went back the next day. Same thing with another associate. She called CS and they told her same thing. She called back to someone, I'm guessing a manager who never bother to come up front and help her. She at least refunded me back with cash. Thanks for wasting my time.
Poor customer service. But it is clean inside, and most of the time has a good selection. Prices are a bit higher then Sears or JC Penny's
