I live in flag city. We have semi trucks parked along the back fence with motors running.This Street is clearly posted NO PARKING about every 50 feet . This makes hearing TV impossible.sleeping is non existent .we call police every night they say they will come out. So far not I have lived here over two years they have not been out here yet.I bet if we all parked out there they would haul us away.maybe the truckers have more rights than we do ..if they not going to enforce the law why do we have them .so San Joaquin police department I give you zero stars for lying and not doing your job
