There was no help from anyone at the Lowe's on Eight Mile Rd, but the selections were displayed better.
Not busy. Lots of staff. Shirt wait at checkout. Nice restroom.
Lowe's Hammer Lane: felt like my husband and I were verbally attacked and lectured from our questions about remodeling our kitchen, even discouraged .
I went over over to tools , the service clerk acted like I was about to engage in some sort of thievery ? - the clerk followed me asI went too the cashier to pay for all products in the basket .
The customer service clerk (Jonathan) was were very dark sunglasses , beard and a black baseball hat , really ? - I came to Lowrs to spend money and yet , woukd not help me contact another store , he declined .
I've never felt so uncomfortable in that store !
Its nice to have actual helpful employees and this location does
They dont have a negitive star rating. The 11 year employee in the tool Department either hates his life hates his job or hates everything. He's a rudest person I've ever had to deal with . Wow is all i can say.
