Bought a ps4 here brand new costing around 600 almost 7 for it to not even work since the day I got the system. Appeared To Be REFURBISHED WOULD Not even turn on or would play for about 30 minutes than shut off. Sent it to get fixed 2 times and never received a call to pick up my ps4 when they got it back had to go in person myself. But they are quick to harass and call before the payment is even due. Horrible service after finish paying it off its as if I got this 600 dollar brick for nothing they don't care after they have there money. 2nd time sending it in and almost 2nd week since I received a call to pick it up going to go in person they just had told me that they would call me and after getting the system back first time still had the problem this is going to be a huge issue if I get it back with same results will be getting a lawyer for this. Refusing to give me a refund or anything of equal value that actually works or that I could use!
A bunch of young kids with no Customer satisfaction, or experience, rude! Don't know what there doing. I've boughten 2 tv's from this location before in the past and they had great staff. Trying to buy a 3rd, but so unprofessional. Buying 2 from them b4 means nothing! Save up money and go to bestbuy!!!! Or try another location!!!
