I don't come here expecting the greatest wash but for $10 bucks, at least try to attempt to clean the car. The two younger boys working today were so busy talking, one literally skipped the side of my car not cleaning a single spot and skipping the back window. What a waste of money. This place is going downhill so save your money and go to Canepa's or something.
Just went yesterday got the 10 dollar wash, i was debating whether to pay for $2 tire shine so i did. When i got out the car wash and looked at my tires only 1 out of the four tires had the tire shine. Its little things like this that makes me not want to come here.
Went there to get my truck washed. The only reason I am even given the 2 stars is because I used to go there and use them. After my truck was washed an employee was sent out to me to tell me my truck was to big! Been at this car wash plenty of times. When I asked what he meant, he could not answer! He just said his manager told him to say that. To the manager thanks for being rude to a customer! I am really glad that your business is doing so well that you send out employees to tell customers things! You just gave a customer away by being to lazy to explain what you meant. Zooms does a good job and Their manager is always right there. Not hiding in the office. Way to go!
Its quick and my car always comes out clean and shiny except when we pay for the tire shine it only does one side of the car. Well atleast we save $4 with the coupon that comes in the mail
