Food is great. Customer service is kinda hit and miss. They're usually pretty busy and the people there(employees) are pretty grumpy most times pleasant enough to get through. Our order was wrong today, called to let them know. An EXTREMELY RUDE girl answered the phone and ARGUED (Literally argued) that the order was correct. We asked her name and she says its irrelevant. Asked for a supervisor, of course she places us "on hold" and the line hangs up. I also work customer service, a bad attitude can give a great place a bad name.. Hope they realize that soon!
I have been only twice in my life and it’s an amazing restaurant. On my most recent visit, we ordered first and everybody after us got called to get their food. The reason why we asked is because the waitress said they were only cooking chicken but the people who got called before us all had burgers as we did. I was a bit confused but I will continue to come here for Manny Burger and Fried Chicken.
Great now. Always has been. Prices are very reasonable. Food quality...outstanding
Wanted a steak sandwich. Looked the menu up on Google maps. Steak sandwich was at the top of their list. Got there and started to order. Steak sandwich was first, however, almost $1.50 more than on google. No biggie. Wanted that damn sandwich. Was then informed that they no longer offer it. It has been discontinued. We've been regulars here for over 30 years.
