Wonderful customer service, they were so helpful and didn't pressure us at all. My fiancé and I went to four different bike shops and Robby's was by far the most honest, friendliest, and had some of the best prices. The man who helped us out was great. He let us test out as many bikes as we wanted around the parking lot (without having to sign a waiver or hand over a credit card/ID). We walked out with two nice bikes for a great price and he even threw in a free Robby's t-shirt for each of us! Great customer service goes a long way, and we really appreciated it. I would highly recommend Robby's to anyone in the market for a new bicycle!
